Welcome Bonus (100%)

• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the combined bonus and deposit amount 20 times.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days.

General Bonus Policy

• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all bonuses will be voided.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed using a VPN or proxy.
• Goal live reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Goal live's decisions regarding bonuses are final.

• Goal live is not liable for internet disconnections during gameplay. However, server-side data is saved.

• Sports Betting bets are settled after the official result is announced. In the event of any dispute, goal live's decision is final.
• Any bet lost due to a network issue will be settled according to server logs.

Goal live is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as the same individual claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Using goal live for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs. Any winnings obtained in such cases will be forfeited.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Goal live reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent information is found during KYC verification.
• When suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

If a valid balance remains in the account at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, the funds will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The process will be completed within 48 hours of the closure request.
